For my senior project, my partner and I were presented with an existing building located at the heart of East Village in San Diego. We decided to design a restaurant on the first level, a nightclub on the second and third levels, and a day club on the rooftop. Even though the building makes it a small venue, for reasonable prices, you can see new and upcoming artists of all kinds, both DJs and live music.
